WHAT CAN NURSES DO?
In a home care setting, Nurses can do many things that a regular caregiver cannot. These services include but are not limited to:
- Medicaition management and refills
- Bowel Care Programs and management
- Skilled Nursing Care
- Continuous care for Ostomies, Tracheotomies, Catheters, Etc.
WHAT ARE WAIVER SERVICES?
Waiver services are services that go above and beyond the typical Medicaid CFC program, They can include a variety of services but from a provider perspective we can.
- Social Supervision Services
- Homemaker Services
- Specially Trained Attendants
- Habilitation Aide
WHAT ARE PAS SERVICES?
Personal Assistance Serivces (PAS) are services afforded under the states CFC program for Medicaid Members that qualify. These services can help you in your daily living activities such as:
- Meal Preparation and Eating
- Bathing and General Hygiene
- Light Housekeeping
- Shopping and Community Integration
CFC/Medicaid PAS
If you are a member receiving Medicaid services, you may be eligible for personal assistance services in the state of MT.
Medicaid Waiver
If you are an eligible Medicaid member and receive waiver services through HCBS, We can be your provider agency.
Nursing Services
Whether paying privately, or you have funding through a third party Meadowlark can provide you with skilled and qualified nurses for your needs.
HOW DOES PRIVATE PAY WORK?
Any of the services we provide can be privately paid for, or provided by another third party such as the VA, or certain private health insurances:
- Live-In caregiving or nursing
- Companion care or Social Outings
- Personal Assistance Services
- Respite or hospice care
